4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the contact form), the performance of a contract (when we work together), and our legitimate interest in running and improving this website. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Cookies & analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Where required, analytics and any non-essential cookies are only set after you consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Sharing & processors
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf under data-processing agreements: Netlify (website hosting and contact-form capture), Resend (delivery of contact-form notification emails), Google (Analytics 4 and Google Ads), Microsoft Clarity (aggregate usage analytics), Usercentrics (cookie-consent management), and Calendly (call scheduling, if you book a call). Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email ilja@farvero.com.
